Dinner Party

Prices - 4 courses

4 courses - This service is available for between 6 - 12 people. 

  • £70 per person (between 6 - 8 people) - requires one waiting staff                                                   
  • £65 per person (between 9 -12 people) - requires two waiting staff

Price include:

  • Renting table settings and authentic Japanese crockery for every course.
  • Chef to attend in the kitchen for the whole evening

Extra Costs:

  • Waiting staff ( £12 per hour plus £5 transport )
  • Congestion charge & parking for the chef, if necessary
  • Booking ; - Receipt of deposit of 25% will secure the booking. ( cheque, bank transfer, credit/debit card )
  • 7.5% Service charge for the food 

Cancellation:

  • Full deposit is refundable until one month before the booking date. No deposit is refundable if cancellation is made after that. - If cancellation is made within 24 hours of booking date, a balance of the full payment will be required.

Baked scallops on sushi rice with spicy & creamy sauce
Sashimi salmon & avocado salad with wasabi & soy vinaigrette
Sea bream carpaccio with sesame & soy dressing
Seared tuna with ponzu & onion dressing
Beef Tataki ( seared beef ) with creamy sesame sauce

Second Appetizer

Soba noodle, prawns, cucumber & wakame seaweeds salad with ginger, sesame & soy dressing
Somen noodle salad with ginger & spring onion infused chicken fillet with creamy sesame sauce
Grilled aubergine with Dengaku Miso ( sticky & sweet miso paste )
Chawanmushi ( steamed savoury egg custard ) with prawns/chicken, shiitake mushroom and spinach
Assorted vegetable Tempura ( less than 8 people only )
Agedashi Tofu ( deep fried tofu cake in thick clear broth with grated ginger & daikon radish
Ginger flavoured chicken balls, shiitake mushrooms & spinach in clear thick dashi stock
Miso risotto Japanese style with shimeji & enoki mushrooms

Main course

Grilled miso black cod served with sesame green bean salad & wild Japanese mushroom rice with garlic, soy butter
Tuna steak with sesame ponzu vinaigrette served on the bed of green tea soba noodles and crunchy stir fried vegetables
Baked monk fish and wild mushrooms sautéed with yuzu, soy & butter served with pommes anna potato and green salad
Buta Kakuni ( slow cooked tender pork belly – very traditional dish ) served with steamed pea rice & mix pickled vegetable salad
Grilled lamb with white miso & ginger sauce served with sauteed manage tout & baby corn and garlic butter fried rice
Roasted duck breast with apple ginger sauce served with green bean salad and wasabi flavoured mash potatoes
