Each class runs with up to six people. All of the classes involve Hands-On cookery as well as observing & making notes. After the class, we have the time to sit down with a glass of wine and taste the dishes that we have cooked during the class. This way, you will enjoy both the cooking class and the dining / lunching out.
As the courses are proving to be popular, you may now purchase gift vouchers to redeem against any of the courses detailed below within six months of purchasing the voucher.

Refund Policy - 50% refund with more than one month notice. 25% refund with more than two weeks notice. No refund with less than two weeks notice.

Vegetarian Course - 2 sessions

Cost : £140 (for 2 sessions)

1st session:

- Basic ingredients & knowledge
- Rice and Stock
- Miso Soup
- Tofu Steak with Mushroom sauce
- Vegetarian Gyoza Dumpling
- Spinach with Sesame Sauce
- Takikomi Gohan (Vegetarian flavoured rice)
- Sesame flavoured Japanese Coleslaw

2nd session:

- Vegetarian Chirashi-Zuzhi (Scattered Sushi)
- Vegetarian Oshi-Zuzhi (Compressed Sushi)
- Agedashi Tofu & Ganmodoki (Tofu Pati) Tofu in Clear Broth with Ginger
- Aubergines with Sweet Miso Sauce

* At the end of the each class, we will sit down for a proper dinner with a glass of wine or sake followed by Japanese flavoured ice cream in an authentic table setting.

COURSES - 4 SESSIONS

This is a casual & friendly Japanese cooking course which everyone will enjoy learning about the basics for Japanese food, cooking and tasting.

In the first session, you will learn about tips for preparation, how to choose ingredients, places to shop…. All the essentials. Four sessions will then cover a variety of sauces, salad dressings and dishes. You will also learn how to present the dishes and table manners throughout the course.

Course Price includes all the ingredients, plus proper sit-down meal in an authentic Japanese table settings and wine.

PRIVATE COURSE

Private class is very popular for a special gift. The advantage of the private class is that you can choose the date, time and dishes you want to learn. Class can be held from one person up to max 7 people.

Price

£160 for the first person, £70 for the each additional person.

There will be an extra charge for the ingredients depending on the dishes you choose.

Duration

Between 2 hours and 4 hours depending on the numbers of people.

20% will be added for the weekend class.
